RECRUITERWe are looking for a Fulltime Recruiter with experience filling positions for accomplished, technical professionals. This position will work daily from our Lancaster, PA office.LOCATION:Lancaster, PADUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify innovative methods of job advertising/posting to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Manage job posting and advertisement processes.Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.Conduct and manage the interview process with directors and others.Schedule travel for candidates.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Handle sensitive information with strict confidence.Perform other duties as assigned.Must be able to commute and work from the office daily.REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Bachelor's degree required.3-5 years' experience in recruiting or staffing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Good administrative skills with an excellent eye for detail.ABOUT US:Robson Forensic is a national leader in expert witness consulting, providing technical expertise across many fields within engineering, architecture, science, and a broad range of specialty disciplines.Employees at Robson Forensic work alongside highly respected experts from both industry and academia.
