Our candidate will have a passionate work ethic, strong desire to succeed and thrive in a faced paced work environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of qualified candidates to place with our clients. You will partner with our sales team on various recruiting projects.Additional responsibilities for the Staffing Specialist will include:200 phone calls per dayCreating a recruiting strategy to deliver the most qualified candidates to the clientCustomer serviceData entryGeneral officeWorking with Hiring Manager to discuss job requirements for positions and candidates' skill setsDetail oriented and attentiveJob RequirementsAs a Staffing Specialist you must have a polished, professional personality. We are looking for someone with the ability to create key relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve recruitment goals. The Staffing Specialist must also enjoy working in a positive team oriented environment.Additional requirements for the Staffing Specialist will include:• 40 hour work week• Ability to work in fast paced environment• Able to explain gaps of employment and reasons for leaving past employers• Able to work two nights a week until 7pm• At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States• Bachelor's degree required• Proficiency with basic computer applications-MS office• Solid candidate sourcing skills• Strong communication skills both written and verbal• Team-oriented personality• Valid Driver's License• Well-developed sense of personal initiative• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screenAdministrative - Sales - Customer ServiceStaffing Specialist - Recruiter- AgencyBenefitsAt PrideStaff, we recognize and appreciate our team member's hard work and enthusiasm!
