DescriptionPosition at JBS USARECRUITERLocation: Green Bay, WisconsinSalary Class: ExemptPurpose & Scope: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruitment process.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITES:Recruit needed talent to maintain staffing needs by using varies recruiting techniquesPrepare paperwork for each interviewed applicant.Perform various other duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Employment departmentDevelop and maintain both internal and external relationships that may provide referrals of candidates.Attract, find and interview the right candidates for each position.Build relationships with immigrant/refugee agenciesMobile recruitingUse varies recruiting and sourcing techniques effectively and follow-up with potential candidates.Counsels hiring manager in final selections.Handle hiring paperwork from start to finish, including handling job offer letter, background check and completing I-9 Employment Eligibility Form.Previous experience in a fast-paced, continuously changing environmentOther duties as needed or requiredQualifications:Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detailsFull knowledge of hiring process and previous recruiting experienceMust be a self-starter and team playerComputer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessaryEnglish/Spanish bilingual necessaryExcellent written and verbal communications skillsMust be able to demonstrate effective people skillsMust have great attendance and punctualityTrustworthy - Will be handling confidential materialSaturday/Sunday hours as neededWilling to travel at least 70% of the timeEOE/M/F/V/Disabled
