Summary of PositionThe Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for the project(s) within the region. Primary duties include sourcing applicants, reviewing applications, pre-employment screenings, and scheduling interviews. The Recruiter will partner with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to ensure staffing needs are met for the project. The Recruiter will also assist HR with administrative duties and serve as support for other operational positions.Essential Job RequirementsCollaborates with management to plan for recruitment needs.Effectively sources candidates using various recruiting methods and resources.Pre-screens candidates to evaluate skills, employment background, and qualifications, ensuring they are a fit for the team and company culture, ultimately reducing turnover.Administers recruiting and onboarding processes from requisition through date of hire.Develops strong relationships and partners with local HR Managers and Hiring Managers.Creates offer letters, facilitates background checks, and ensures completion of required paperwork during the recruiting and onboarding process.Utilizes external recruiting resources to identify and connect with job candidates.Follows corporate guidelines and ensures all State and Federal requirements are followed.Researches current recruiting trends.Provides administrative support for the Human Resources department as needed.Other HR duties as assigned by the HR Director or Project Vice PresidentTravel between projects is required, with possible occasional overnight stays.Required EducationAn Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.Required ExperienceRecruiting and staffing experience is preferredExperience working with employees in multiple locations is preferredHigh volume recruiting experience is preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems is strongly preferredProficient in the use of Microsoft Office productsExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environmentAbility to work as a team member, as well as independently
