Duties include developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students for all Isothermal Community College academic programs.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the customer relationship management solution for recruiting/prospective students.Design and implement the College's comprehensive, innovative recruiting program aimed at attracting the maximum number of students from Isothermal's service area who may benefit from the educational programs offered.Maintain and follow up with a comprehensive prospect list to move from interest to enrollment.Work closely with relevant Student Affairs team members to understand and communicate the most effective and efficient enrollment processes to applicants and community members.Conduct regular recruitment visits on campus and in the community with area schools, industry partners, and community partners as appropriate, including recruitment and community outreach events.Schedule and lead comprehensive tours for prospective students and community groups tailored to their interests, developmental level, group size, and accessibility needs.Work with high school counselors and teachers from the College's service area, seeking to enhance their awareness of Isothermal's programs and supports and to build their partnerships with the College.Work with Continuing Education, Curriculum faculty members, academic deans, and the marketing team on recruitment strategies/plans for each program of study.Assist the Director of Enrollment Management in managing the recruitment budget.Adhere to all relevant College, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.Maintain a flexible schedule, which includes some evenings, weekends, and travel.Other duties as assigned.Skills and AbilitiesAn understanding and appreciation of Isothermal Community College's mission, history, current programs, services, values, and goals.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and to represent the College in a professional manner.Maintain an enthusiastic, self-reliant, and self-starting approach to meet job responsibilities.Knowledge and ability to operate computers, mobile devices, internet platforms, and college-related software, including Microsoft Office, Colleague, and applications relevant to the role.Possess excellent skills for anticipating needs, planning, organizing, executing, and functioning effectively under time constraints and rapidly changing priorities.Commitment to creating an inclusive campus climate that values the unique perspectives and characteristics of all individuals.Carry out standards of service excellence and professionalism when handling educational records and confidential or sensitive information (FERPA).Minimum QualificationsAssociate Degree requiredState-issued Driver License requiredPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferredBilingual in Spanish preferredPosting Detail InformationOpen Date09/10/2024Close Date10/17/2024Open Until FilledNoAdditional InformationIsothermal Community College provides educational and employment opportunities without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability.
