About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Participate in job fairs and networking events
• Travel

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience in recruiting or staffing

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software

Pay range and compensation package:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Min $66,560 Max $82,252
