Let your career thrive with Volt Volt is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a manufacturing company on the Westside of El Paso. As a Recruiter you will: Recruit for high volume professional roles and other positions as assigned. Will build a pipeline using viable sources. Research and build calls lists to recruit top candidates. Will use company and position requirements to recruit candidates. Will screen resumes and conduct phone interviews referring only those qualified candidates to hiring managers. Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure efficient interviewing and selection process. Recruiter must meet the following requirements for consideration: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent is preferred Two years recruiting experience required in a fast pace, high volume environment Experience in developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies. Ability to manage resources to source viable candidates. Excellent resume screening, distribution and tracking. Excellent follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
