The Role:
We're looking for a self-motivated Recruiter to help us build the strongest teams for our clients. As a third-party recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into roles with our clients, helping them achieve their business goals. You'll work closely with our client partners to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent across a wide range of industries.
This is a role for someone who's not only driven by results but also enjoys building relationships and making a real impact. You'll have the freedom to manage your own workflow while collaborating with a team that values flexibility, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You'll Do:
- Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage top candidates for external roles across various industries.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing client needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients are getting the best talent available.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients, acting as their go-to resource throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to improving our recruitment processes, systems, and overall strategy.
Who You Are:
- You have a solid foundation in recruitment, with enough experience to confidently manage client relationships and recruitment efforts (but you don't have to be a “seasoned pro”).
- You love the challenge of recruiting for a variety of roles, industries, and clients, and enjoy being hands-on in the process from start to finish.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment and are comfortable taking initiative.
- You're personable, approachable, and skilled at building rapport with both candidates and clients.
- You're proactive, driven, and understand that the best hires come from a combination of great sourcing and strong relationships.
- You enjoy working independently but also collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team.
