Own full-cycle recruitment process from posting the ad, review resumes, screen and interview qualified candidates, refer to hiring managers, reference checks, making the offer and job description to the finalist. This is a very fast paced and demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of recruiting experience is required.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment goals
