Our Opportunity:
As an EPC and O&M Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our engineering, procurement, and construction projects, as well as operations and maintenance functions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from requisition creation to candidate placement. Here are the key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job requisitions.
- candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates.
Pipeline Management:
- the job requisition pipeline, ensuring timely progress and alignment with annual hiring plans.
- a minimum of 20 requisitions at a time.
- offer letters and coordinate interview schedules for candidates at different levels.
Collaboration:
- with hiring teams, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Experience:
- a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- effectively with candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
Data Management:
- accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- recruitment tools to manage candidate profiles and requisitions.
Qualifications:
- degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- experience as a recruiter, preferably in the EPC, or Construction industry.
- with engineering, construction, and project management terminology.
- communication and interpersonal skills.
