Recruiting Specialist - Beverly Hills (hybrid) - $100,000-115,000 base

This position is hybrid in Beverly Hills.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth research on open positions and competing firms, to better navigate the market and find top talent
· Create thorough and engaging job descriptions and postings
· Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, specifically creating notes through our ATS
· Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, vetting out who is the right fit for our open positions
· Handle reference checks
· Keep informed of new sourcing strategies
Who we are seeking:
· Bachelor's degree
· Interest in recruiting, sourcing, + people operations, as well as finance services.
· Highly organized with a knack for building relationships
· 3-5+ years of recruiting experience.
· A passion for working and your career
· Sharp eye for detail; motivated to the best work possible
· Innate ability to connect with people
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ultimate multitasker
· Extremely tech savvy - proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc. a plus; familiarity with databases/ATS systems a plus
