What You'll Do:

As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of recruiting, from candidate sourcing to placement and account management. Here's what a typical day might look like:

• Sourcing & Screening: Finding and reviewing resumes to identify the best candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews with qualified candidates.
• Job Order Fulfillment: Filling positions and supporting client needs.
• Job Ad Creation: Writing compelling ads for top job boards.
• Candidate Assessment: Interviewing, testing, and reference-checking applicants.
• Client Service: Delivering exceptional support to candidates and clients.
• Job Fair Management: Leading and supporting recruitment events.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills across all mediums: verbal, written, and digital.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service experience is a plus!
