They are looking to hire a self-sufficient Recruiter to support the team during this busy period. The Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruitment experience handling full cycle recruiting and possess a good knowledge of sourcing tools/techniques. If this sounds like a fit for you, please here.salary: $30 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesDevelop, facilitate, implement all phases of the recruitment process (Full cycle recruiting).Partner with hiring manager to identify requirements and understand business needs; build relationships with the hiring team.Attend/participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions. Screen applications and select qualified candidates.Responsible for new hire orientation & onboarding for all US-based employees.Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.Manage candidate communication and salary expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle and educate candidates about the organization's culture, benefits, and position expectations.Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings are required.Complete all on-boarding activities for new hires, rehires and transfers, and ensures proper pre-employment documentation is completed, including accurate entry of data into the HRIS system.Continually assess effectiveness of the recruitment/onboarding processes, researching best practices, conducting new hires, and hiring manager feedback surveys and utilizing data to refine/improve processes.SkillsDirect SourcingDiversity RecruitingExecutive SearchSourcingUltiproCRMQualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
