Job Overview: A leading manufacturing company in Northwest Houston is seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Recruitment Specialist to join its dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This high-profile role involves supporting hiring needs across corporate and manufacturing functions within the US. As a full-cycle recruiter, you'll work closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard exceptional talent. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and manufacturing positions, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and guide recruitment strategies from start to finish.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post jobs, screen resumes, and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with external recruitment vendors to strengthen the talent pipeline, especially for challenging-to-fill roles.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both corporate and manufacturing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using ATS platforms like UltiPro is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent HR-related certifications.
- Customer Service: Professional demeanor when interacting with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Contract Commitment: Availability to commit to a 3+-month contract.
- Core Skills: Adaptability, time management, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing relationships with external recruiting agencies is a plus.
