Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to oversee and drive the full cycle of talent acquisition activities. This role will involve innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process aligned with company values and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client intake to candidate placement
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet client hiring needs
- Manage the candidate experience through the hiring process
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and company recruitment goals
Qualifications:
- 2-10 years of full desk recruiting experience (required)
- Agency recruiting experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, including ATS and job boards
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
This role is hybrid role and candidate must reside in Houston, Texas.
