ResponsibilitiesSt. Mary's is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. St. Mary's Regional Medical Center has served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma for more than 100 years. We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women's Imaging, Wound Care, and more.Position Summary:Responsible for all aspects of Nursing Services, Hospital and Physician Practice recruitment and on-boarding. Determines the suitability of the applicant and communicates effectively with management and applicant the outcome of their application. The objective is to fill requisitions with the most qualified candidate as quickly and economically as possible. Responsible for the development of Workforce and Recruitment Program, includes advertisement campaigns. Has understanding of Human Resource policy and procedures and Federal and State laws regarding employment practices.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Actively functions daily Recruiting Clinical Staff and Non-Clinical staff. Monitors quality and efficiency of the recruiting and onboarding processes. Implements appropriate process improvement processes to address identified problem prone areas.Develop and administers Workforce and Recruitment Program based on the needs of the organization (includes advertisement, career fairs, school outreach etc.).Responsible for following, adhering and updating all steps in iCIMS for employee requisitions and applications. Maintains job templates, reviews and screens applications daily, forwards qualified candidates to Hiring Manager per UHS guidelines. Reports delays in Hiring Managers responses to eligible candidates. Updates and maintains recruiting activities in iCIMS daily and keeps HRD updated on the status of all candidates. Performs all steps on assigned requisitions from application to Hire.Serves as liaison with agencies for employment, advertisement, reference checks, criminal history checks, etc.Responsible for recruitment effort for exempt and non-exempt personnel, students and temporary employees; primarily Nursing Services and other recruitment.
