Hold Brothers is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team!As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. You will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and talent needsSource and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking eventsConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fitManage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating feedbackMake recommendations for hiring decisions and negotiate job offersDevelop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agenciesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field1-3 years of experience as a recruiterProven track record of successfully filling positions across different levels and functionsStrong sourcing and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation:Bonus eligibleSalary target between $75,000 - $90,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
