Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

BenefitsThe annual base compensation range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
