OverviewJob SummaryThe Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and will develop, execute, and complete all recruiting tasks from sourcing through the onboarding process. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top talent and strong relationship managementskills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.Benefits:* Multiple medical plan options* Health Savings Account with company contributions* Dental & vision coverage for you and your dependents* 401k with Company match* Vacation, sick time & Company paid holidays* Company wellbeing program with health insurance incentivesResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities* Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including application and interview form completion, negotiation for offers of employment, and background checks* Research databases, social networks, job posting results, referrals, and other sources to establish lists of potential providers* Establish and further sourcing recruiting functions, and the creativity to design and implement the processes and programs for an effective and efficient sourcing function.* Independently execute sourcing strategies for clinical searches and must possess the executive presence and mindset to establish the sourcing strategy and develop output that demonstrates a mastery of sourcing for this level of recruitment.* Develop, execute, and complete all recruiting tasks from sourcing through the onboarding process.* Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents related to tracking.* Work with hiring managers to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.* Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage all applicants at all stages of the process* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to provide a continuous flow of quality candidates* Screen and assess candidates to fill a high volume of job openings while maintaining quality of hire* Schedule interviews, facilitate consensus meetings to discuss interview results, and present offers to successful candidates* Partner with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and other recruiters to minimize risk and execute flawlessly on the recruiting and hiring process* Maintain process efficiency and accuracy throughout the recruiting process* Strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure candidates are moving through the process quickly.* Other Duties as AssignedQualificationsEducation and/or Experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalent* 1-2 years of experience with healthcare recruitment* At least 6 months experience in a general office environment* Experience working with hiring managersSkills/Specialized Knowledge* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written* Positions are highly time sensitive, therefore, a candidate network funnel is highly preferred* Move seamlessly form task to task* Work with various computer systems and websites* Verifiable and successful track record of medical recruiting experience in working in a medium to high level* Ability to work independently as well as a team member* Ability to excel in fast paced working environment* Comfortable with high volume cold calling* Strong work ethic-highly dependable* Attention to detail, organized, and conscious of quality* Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications* Ability to meet strict staffing goals and deadlines* Excellent skills in with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access & OutlookOther Requirements* Must maintain professional appearance.* Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basisPhysical and Mental DemandsThis position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
