Job Title: Immediate Full-Cycle RecruiterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience recruiting in-house, and will be responsible for filling roles within engineering, construction, skilled trade, andlabor categories. This role involves utilizing various recruiting tools and platforms, including Paylocity ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and attending job fairs. The position requires some travel to project job sites, which may be out of state.Responsibilities+ Utilize in-depth knowledge of the business to align talent with the right opportunities based on business demands and candidate preference.+ Strategically and proactively source passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.+ Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.+ Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.+ Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and associations.+ Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.+ Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.+ Screen applications and select qualified candidates.+ Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.+ Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.+ Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.+ Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills+ 2+ years of experience in recruiting for engineering, skilled trade, construction, or similar positions.+ Experience as an in-house recruiter is preferred.+ Full-cycle recruiting experience including onboarding and compliance screenings.+ Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Handshake.+ Experience attending job fairs.+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience with talent acquisition and applicant tracking systems.+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.Work EnvironmentThis is an onsite role in Odessa, FL (Monday - Friday).
