Our training prepares staff and foster parents to support children and youth as they begin the healing process. Our therapeutic foster parents link children and youth to hope, healing and trust.Natchez Trace Youth Academy is seeking dedicated, compassionate Recruitment Specialist/Trainer to add to our growing team. This position works from home with a flexible schedule, encompassing multiple counties within West Tennessee. The Recruitment Specialist participates in creating and overseeing the delivery of the foster care recruitment process, hiring experience, KidLink career website branding, application process via ATS, and the onboarding process. Leads efforts in helping to identify what makes Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) attractive to foster parents through distribution of marketing materials, conferences and other networking events, highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors. Facilities training and other ongoing informational sessions for foster parents. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees the delivery of the foster care recruitment process including implementation of new and existing processes and conducting focused interviews to ensure success of the program. Provides recruitment according to the geographic recuitment plan and assists in matching appropriate placements.
- Partners with internal marketing staff, external recruitment marketing agency, vendors, recruiters and department leaders/VPs to develop compelling and fresh content for the foster care website, landing pages and testimonials to drive candidate response and foster care applications.
- Distributes marketing materials and attends conferences and other networking events to promote KidLink Community Services and Foster Care identity.
- Participates in weekly supervision sessions with supervisor to discuss status and progress of foster homes and certifications.
- Assists prospective foster parents in completing required documentation/releases/assessments required in initial RHETT packet.
- Facilitates recurring informational sessions for prospective foster parents including quarterly TNKEYS foster parent training.
- Develops foster care candidate experience surveys, manages analytics and drives process improvement. Conducts benchmarking analyses using data from surveys to improve the foster care experience.
- Documents and promptly respons to inquiry forms/calls from prospective foster parents.
