You are:Plume is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter to help scale our growing team. As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, including engineering, marketing, operations, and business development. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-growth blockchain company where hiring world-class talent is essential to our continued success.You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and relentless drive to bring exceptional talent into Plume's network of blockchain innovators. Overall Responsibilities1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance, across multiple departments, including engineering, product, business, and marketing.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach) with a focus on attracting diverse and world-class talent.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging interview experience from start to finish.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates, especially in the blockchain, crypto, and fintech sectors.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and other platforms where blockchain professionals engage.
- Actively track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
3. Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, providing timely feedback, updates, and support.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, team leads, and executives, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Act as an advocate for Plume's brand, showcasing our mission, values, and unique opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Create a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel valued, respected, and informed throughout the process.
- Work with marketing and HR teams to develop recruitment materials, social media posts, and employee testimonials that attract top talent.
5. Offer Management & Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive offer packages that align with candidate expectations and company standards.
- Facilitate the offer process, from extending offers to negotiating terms, and ensuring timely onboarding for new hires.
- Partner with HR to create a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
6. Data & Reporting
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records and progress reports using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prepare and present recruitment activity reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or technology startups.
- Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
- Experience recruiting for blockchain roles such as engineers, product managers, business development, and community roles is highly desirable.
- Strong experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AngelList.
- Exceptional candidate experience skills, with a passion for providing candidates with a positive, transparent, and engaging experience.
- Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) is a major plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present Plume's mission and culture authentically.
