Position Overview
As our first US-based HR team member, we're looking for a talented Recruiter to build and scale our talent acquisition function at our US site.
In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while establishing our hiring infrastructure. You'll manage high-volume recruitment, drive fast-paced processes, and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. From pipeline management to candidate experience, you'll be the driving force behind our US talent acquisition strategy.

As the Recruiter, you will:
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies for our call center
- Own full-cycle recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Source top talent through multiple channels, focusing on collections, retail, and customer service backgrounds
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
- Drive results through a sales-oriented approach while building strong relationships
- Adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment
- Stay current with market trends and align recruitment with business priorities
- Build diverse candidate pipelines through inclusive recruiting practices
- Champion Bounce's culture as our first point of contact with candidates.
What you'll need:
- 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Prior experience working at or for companies with accounts receivable operations and/or call centers (advantage.
- Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
- Proven comfortability working in an extremely high-growing, fast-paced technology business.
- Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
- Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
- Unmatched communication skills + ruthless ability to prioritize competing needs
- As Bounce is a start-up company, you may be asked to wear additional hats and help with other administrative tasks.
