Recruiter:...@cenergyintl.Com713-###-####Onsite at: 14555 Dallas Pkwy Dallas TX 75254Schedule: 9/80 schedule with rotating Fridays off.Roles and Responsibilities:Work with leadership to identify current and prospective hiring targets domestically.Identify new strategies and process improvements to effectively manage recruiting efforts.Managing candidate systems tracking and distributionCoordinating offer process.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (must be in the last 18 months) in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experienceTechnical recruitment experience in upstream, midstream and chemicals.Certified sourcing professional. Familiar with Boolean Search and sourcing online databases and social media sitesSocial Media Recruiting skillsProficient with Microsoft office applications and Workday.Pay Range:The pay range for this position is $40.00-$43.25/HR per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
