Manufacturing Recruiter (Onsite):

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our human resources team and be part of taking recruiting to the next level. As a Recruiter at Thermon, you should have a passion for candidate experience, pipeline management and upskilling. As Recruiter, you will own the sourcing talent pipeline management for a variety of professional and operations positions across the country.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Pipeline Generation and Management

• Own the candidate funnel for a variety of manufacturing related positions across the U.S., Canada, Latin America.
• Maintain a keen sense of urgency and consistency in screening resumes, assessing qualifications, recognizing culture fit, conducting phone screens, video/onsite interviews.
• Manage candidate communication and experience.
• Adhere to Thermon's diversity and compliance practices.

Talent Advisor

• Be a trusted consultant to hiring managers by providing insights on interview best practices, challenges in the pipeline, market trends and compensation.
• Lead hiring managers and HR team partners to develop detailed job descriptions and screening questions.
• Use data, metrics, and industry best practices when coordinating recruitment efforts.
• Continually optimize metrics and Global Recruiting Tracker as well as Applicant System to create a more efficient and effective hiring process.
• Identify opportunities to create recruiting efficiencies across the organizations when possible.

Required Experience/Skills

• Experience filling Manufacturing or Construction roles required (e.g. CAD drafters, Maintenance Technicians, Safety Specialist, Electrical Designers, Production Workers etc)
• Minimum of 4 years work experience as a full life cycle recruiter is required.
• Experience in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool required.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
• Must be able and open to travel domestically -/+ 10%, mostly within Austin, San Marcos area.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
