The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
RequirementsRequired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within [specific industry/sector]
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
