Job Description:

We are looking for a driven, energetic Recruiter to help join our growing team. This individual will have some recruiting experience, a positive attitude, a strong drive to succeed, and an astute focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze incoming recruiting requests to understand role needs – technically, functionally, and behaviorally
  • Source (via several methods – job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social, etc.) and screen candidates to match profiles to open job requirements in various industries – IT, training, digital, etc.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates by way of passive recruiting
  • Communicate regularly with your network of employees and candidates for referrals
  • Format profile documents (resumes, portfolios, etc.) for candidates being presented for open roles
  • Recruit, assess, and hire top talent
  • Work with team as assignments change/evolve
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process
  • Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates
  • Build relationships and act as a point-of-contact not only during the recruiting cycle, but throughout an employee's tenure with True as well
  • Demonstrate and promote True's culture and reputation
  • Perform candidate reference checks as needed
  • Maintain candidate history and notes in our web-based Applicant Tracking System ensuring accuracy
  • Stay up to date on recruiting trends
  • Exhibit a team-oriented approach, willing to assist other team members when needed
  • Attend trainings, conferences, and/or career fairs
  • Understand our client companies, the markets they are in and the specifics surrounding the roles we are working to fill

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 – 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of various recruiting tools (e.g. job boards, LinkedIn, social, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Performance-Based Interviewing tactics
  • Strong computer literacy – MS Office, web-based software, social, etc.
  • A team-oriented, collaborative approach
  • A great personality
  • A solid work ethic, with a good track record of setting and maintaining high professional and personal standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; having confidence to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work within tight timeframes and/or handle several projects simultaneously
