About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Select TMS, you will take on a dynamic and challenging position, delivering top-tier recruitment and consulting services to US organizations. Your primary responsibility is to develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and exceed their expectations with our industry-renowned standards. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong network of candidates through diverse sourcing strategies. The role involves attending industry conferences both domestically and internationally, conducting regular client meetings to foster and strengthen relationships, and handling the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes attracting, screening, interviewing, and conducting thorough background checks before successfully placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy and broader energy sector to deliver informed and consultative services to clients and candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assess their qualifications, and brief them on potential responsibilities.
  • Execute headhunting strategies to identify high-caliber talent.
  • Market candidates effectively and nurture client relationships.
  • Source and qualify candidates for specific roles.
  • Gather detailed job requirements from clients.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements to attract relevant candidates.
  • Utilize social media platforms and targeted marketing strategies to engage new candidates and clients.
  • Distribute marketing materials to prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage workload through strategic planning and effective time management.
  • Match candidates with suitable roles, discuss their fit, submit CVs, arrange interviews, and secure placements.
  • Monitor responses to job advertisements and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and update the database to track candidates, clients, and job vacancies.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate suitability.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.
