Recruiter Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Recruit, screen, interview, and select top talent for temporary, temp-to-hire positions, and direct hire.
- Administer onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and a smooth start for employees.
- Conduct professional reference checks and ensure all pre-screening requirements are met.
- Manage employee relations and handle corrective actions when necessary to maintain high employee satisfaction and performance
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate New Business: Drive business growth by proactively generating new orders through strategic marketing, selling, and client outreach efforts.
- Develop Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, expanding placements and services.
- Prospecting & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging recruiting and sales strategies to prospect potential clients.
- Innovative Solutions: Provide creative and tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs, ensuring continued business partnerships and enhanced market share.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Actively identify and implement areas for process improvements to streamline recruitment and client engagement strategies. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Team Collaboration & Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and cooperative team environment, supporting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.

What Is Required of the Recruiter:
- Education: A 4-year degree (BA/BS) or related business experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or business development is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and support business growth
