Greenwich, CT based financial services firm seeks a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. Ideally a few years of recruitment experience with some exposure to financial services and staffing agency experience.
Salary: $80-100K base
Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Requirements:
- Lead full cycle recruitment to assist with filling roles across various departments
- Review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates
- Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to attract top talent
- Generate a strong pipeline with creative job postings, networking, and professional partnerships
- Build relationships internally with hiring managers, department heads and stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of needs
- Oversee local headcount and requests throughout the year
- Manage high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in ATS
- Ensure HR data is reflected accurately and recruiting information is updated in the system
- Partner with HR department to ensure all hires go through an excellent onboarding experience
- Assist with ongoing projects as needed, including DE&I and employee engagement efforts
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, with exposure to the financial services
- Experience with technology recruitment a plus
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in human resources or business
- Experience with various ATS and HR systems, Greenhouse knowledge a plus
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong client relationships
