High volume Manufacturing Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Requires 3-5 years of staffing and recruiting experience with high volume manufacturing companies.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Systems. Work Day experience preferred.
• Positive customer service attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices.
