Job Title: Human Resources RecruiterJob DescriptionThe Recruiter is responsible for supporting the credit union's high-volume recruiting and onboarding processes. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting programs, conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment testing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source top talent to meet the credit union's goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruiting plans to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the credit union.
- Coordinate pre-employment testing, including assessments, background checks, and drug testing.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including the company website, job boards, and social media.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Attend job fairs and professional networking events to source candidates.
- Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action guidelines.
- Provide support and training to new hires during their initial period with the credit union.

Work EnvironmentMonday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The team consists of 5 people (VP, Director, HRBP, 2 Generalists). The work environment is professional and business-oriented. This is a temporary position that offers the opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing organization.
