ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Recruiter / Onboarding Assistant, you're a key part of our administrative team. Your HQ will be in Owings Mills, surrounded by a crew that's all about growth and camaraderie. Your mission? To identify top talent, bring them into the family, and make sure they hit the ground running.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
You have excellent attention to detail, predicting our needs before we even know we have them. Tech doesn't scare you; in fact, you and software are like peanut butter and jelly. You thrive in a buzzing hive of activity, using your skills to make recruiting a breeze while keeping candidates in the loop. You're ready to work with our HR Generalist and other leadership to find exactly the right candidates to keep our staff growing and excellent.
YOUR PLAYBOOK:
* Maintain confidentiality - it's key that candidates be able to trust that their information is safe.
* Be the maestro of the full recruitment process - from posting positions to high-fiving new hires.
* Dive into new platforms to fish out fresh talent. Be creative! Find those new channels to connect with our candidates.
* Be our ambassador at career fairs and open interview events - because who wouldn't want to join our awesome squad?
* Share your brainpower with managers, suggesting strategies to grow our talent pipeline.
THE QUALIFICATIONS GAME:
Ideally, you've got at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or onboarding, and if you've earned a Bachelor's degree, that's a bonus! Communication is your superpower, and you're confident navigating software such as Microsoft Suite. BambooHR rings a bell? Even better.
