Summary:We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team and lead the entire recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various roles. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, create recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will also be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining candidate databases, and continuously improving our hiring processes.Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and company culture fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain an organized candidate database and track recruitment metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment progress
- Assist with offer negotiations and ensure timely onboarding of new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
