- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across industries, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Understand client hiring needs and develop tailored strategies to source and attract top talent.
- Conduct proactive sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with comprehensive candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with clients to align recruitment strategies with their goals and internal processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring excellent communication and timely updates.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client recruitment strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), preferably across multiple industries and job levels.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different client needs and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
