Hosokawa Micron International Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing organization. In the position, you will perform full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. You will play a key role in ensuring that we are hiring the best talent. This position will work 25 hours per week hybrid with 3 days a week onsite. Actual schedule to be determined. There is potential for this position to turn into full-time employment.Job Duties:•Proactively source and establish relationships with candidates to build a consistent talent pipeline•Ensure a variety of sourcing tools and programs are leveraged including job boards, social media, internal referral programs, career fairs and networking events•Drive the development in implementation of new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies•Establish close partnerships with Hiring Managers and follow-up with management regularly to strengthen job requirements and ensure timely hiring•Provide Hiring Managers with weekly recruitment updates•Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including propre disposition of candidates and document retention•Approximately 5% travel (career fairs, networking events, etc)•Other duties as requiredBasic Qualifications:•Bachelor's Degree OR SHRM Certification•3+ years of experience with OFCCP requirements related to recruitment and required reporting•3+ years of experience working with an applicant tracking system with 1+ years of experience in ADP •3+ years of experience with implementation and execution of strategic searchesPreferred Qualifications:•1+ years of experience with ATS systems implementations•Demonstrated learning agility and comfort in navigating with ambiguity•HR Generalist experiencePhysical Requirements:•Must be able to remain in a stationary position 100% of the time while attending job fairs, networking events, etc.•Will need to move occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, escorting candidates to interviews etc•Will be required regularly to lift up to 25 pounds for various office and job fair needsHosokawa Micron International provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race; color; sex; gender identity; sexual orientation; religious practices and observances; national origin; pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; status as a protected veteran or spouse/family member of a protected veteran; or disability.Hosokawa Micron International is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to, among others, individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
