Overview:
we are looking for a Recruiter PCA to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for completing the full lifecycle selection and compliance processes for all new hires at the facility by leveraging strong research and technical skills. Researches competitor companies, building sourcing pipelines and networks. Uses cold calling and social networking to generate candidates prior to creating a candidate pool for anticipated needs.
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidates location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range - $68,000/yr to $70,000/yr
