Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Source, screen, and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about the company, roles, and career growth opportunities.
  • Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and ensure alignment with job requirements. Arrange interviews with hiring managers and provide recommendations.
  • Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive experience.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including presenting job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and facilitating candidate onboarding.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for temporary/contract roles in administrative support, healthcare administration, accounting, HR and/or operations.
  • Experience with Bullhorn.
