Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Source, screen, and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about the company, roles, and career growth opportunities.
- Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and ensure alignment with job requirements. Arrange interviews with hiring managers and provide recommendations.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive experience.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including presenting job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and facilitating candidate onboarding.
- Data Management and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for temporary/contract roles in administrative support, healthcare administration, accounting, HR and/or operations.
- Experience with Bullhorn.
