Responsibilities:

  • Develop or modify outreach strategies designed to recruit targeted staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively implement outreach strategies designed to encourage and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of the recruitment efforts and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Maintain databases in order to provide accurate and timely program information required for reports.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Develop recruiting operational plans and conduct market analysis and recruiting opportunities.
  • Work remotely or on-site and capable of working independently with little to no supervision.
  • Develop market penetration plans and market expansion plans in support of strategic objectives and organizational goals.
  • Develop targeting plans and synchronization matrixes that define multiple approaches to prospecting.
  • Develop regional advertising and recruiting campaign recommendations.
  • Conduct lead generation activities and prospecting and follow-up activities daily.
  • Conduct internet and social media recruiting campaigns in conjunction with telephone prospecting and referral prospecting as a result of the cultivation of centers of influence and very important persons.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner. Follow the corporate safety policy. Participate and support safety meetings, training, and goals. Ensure safe operating conditions within an area of responsibility. Encourage co-workers to work safely. Identify “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Assist in the active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA VPP, ISO, JCAHO, AAAHC, NRCME (DOT) and other mandated regulations/standards.
  • Conduct lead source analysis and determine conversion rates.
  • Other duties and work tasks as assigned by the Recruiting Manager or VP of Talent Acquisition.
  • Capable of travel when required (30%).
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or experience in lieu of.
  • Four (4) years of direct full desk recruiting experience.
  • Ability to monitor a process and communicate discrepancies to individuals and groups.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with varying levels of people.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing, pre-screening, face-to-face interviews, and general HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
  • Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to thrive and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; be comfortable with cold calling, and the ability to adapt to a change when needed.
  • Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
  • Able to travel up to 30%.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Good eye/hand coordination required.
  • Constant use of sight, speech, hearing, frequent keying and use of computer and common office equipment required.
