REMOTE RECRUITER (Mental Health Services)
Position:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter specializing in mental health services to join our growing and diverse healthcare recruitment team. This is a fully remote, full-time position designed for an ambitious professional passionate about connecting top talent with critical mental health care opportunities. The role offers a competitive first-year income range of $35,000 to $75,000, with the top 15% of earners bringing home $100,000 first year, with commission-driven pay and unlimited earning potential. 50% of our recruiters earn six-figures after one-year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates in the mental health field, including therapists, counselors, social workers, and other mental health professionals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mental health organizations, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruiting solutions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical qualifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate contract negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful placements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends and developments in the mental health industry to better serve clients and candidates.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals through diligent recruiting efforts and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven work-ethic, and proven result-focused employment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the mental health services landscape, including licensing and certification requirements for mental health professionals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
