POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is part of Milliken's Corporate Human Resources team and is located in Spartanburg, SC, at the corporate campus. The position leads end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions while overseeing a team of recruiters to optimize performance and achieve recruitment results. The Senior Recruiting Manager reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and involves close interaction with various stakeholders in leadership. A hybrid (3/2) work schedule is required for the position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for niche roles, with particular care for leadership job openings.
  • Develop and maintain Milliken & Company's employer value proposition by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.
  • Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Align internal recruiters or agency recruiters to requisitions based on skillsets, budget, and bandwidth.
  • Proactively manage relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Facilitate training and mentoring for new recruiters.
  • Oversee college recruitment strategy.
  • Conduct efficient weekly touch-base meetings with direct reports to understand requisitions, applicant flow, strategy, and forecasting.
  • Deliver and utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to executives.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes across various positions, showcasing their proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent.
  • Exercise high emotional intelligence when interacting with hiring managers, recruiters, and various stakeholders.
  • Experience with recruiting KPIs and reporting.
  • With a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and technologies, they possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling them to foster positive relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and team members alike.
  • Their adeptness at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ensures efficiency and effectiveness in achieving recruitment goals.
  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a substantial portion of that time spent in leadership or managerial roles.
