SummaryUnder general direction of the Director of Human Resources, this individual coordinates/performs all duties relative to the effective posting, recruiting and hiring of employees. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Human Resources, Director of Schools or Superintendent.1. Posts confirmed openings.
- Maintain and process Personnel Requisition requests
- Reviews and concurs open positions with the Director of HR prior to posting.
- Assigns access for visibility of applicants to appropriate Administrators and/or Supervisors.
- Helps coordinate a proactive/forward thinking interview schedule.
2. Maintain databases including.
- Assists with maintaining and updating position control
- Works directly with HR Director to update Personnel Report, Vacancy report, and other updates/tracking needed for hiring purposes.
3. Facilitate Interviews as per Board Policy, Negotiated Agreements and HR Rules
- Assists with scheduling Unit I, II and III interviews
- Back-up for preparing and controling all position folders for Units I, II and III (with a checklist)
- Directly facilitates and conducts Unit III interviews and other Units as needed.

- Required HR Document review packet
- Payroll Data Entry
- Other Records documents
4. Leads the HR function (all HR Staff involved) in coordinating the orientation relative to Substitutes.
- Coordinate and lead Substitute Workshops
5. Leads the HR (all involved) in recruiting efforts on and off campus6. All other duties as assigned.III. Must have at least five years clerical experience or be able to demonstrate required skills. Prior Human Resources experience working with - Recruiting and/or Staffing for a Public School System is preferred.B. Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsA valid driver's license is preferred. C. Language SkillsAbility to comprehend related laws, policies and procedures. Ability to read job related information to stay updated on latest trends.D. Communication SkillsMust have Professional, courteous and timely communication skills.E. Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Human Resources Information Systems software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
