Recruiting Client Lead (Internal Role) We are seeking passionate results-driven team members that want to make a difference. We are seeking a Recruiting Client Lead that will be pivotal in managing our MSP Program and our internal delivery team. Position Overview
  • This role plays as the intermediary between our MSP Program Sponsors and our internal delivery team
  • Programmatic oversight including analysis of margin, headcount, market share, spread, starts and overall profitability.
  • Liaison between Client Program Managers, Internal delivery team and Services groups.
  • In conjunction with Delivery Lead, coordinate and lead tactical & strategic meetings to drive activity, information sharing
  • Developing relationships and enhancing opportunity with client Program Managers.
  • Alignment of delivery to client business needs to include requisition coverage, ranking and adherence to client quality metrics.
  • Provide partnership updates, work with MSP Director for scorecard review and alignment with the recruiting team to address any potential delivery gaps
  • Utilize VMS application to enter submittals, monitor interview and job activity, and pull reports for metric driven analysis
  • Responsible for ensuring all jobs are covered appropriately; which may include recruiting to support the delivery support team
  • Assess the efficiency of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Qualify requirements and validate bill rates for each role released
  • Double lock candidates and validate and ensure that interview preps and debriefs are completed
  • Daily communication with the Program team on feedback for submittals and interviews
  • Working with delivery to lock down candidates who are made job offers and assist with negotiations
  • Communicate updates to the Program team on where candidates are in onboarding and capture start details.
  • Work with delivery lead to approve or reject candidates internally (with feedback to the recruiters)
  • Sit on all client intake calls to better understand requirements and relay that information over to delivery team
  • Work to coordinate a cadence with Program team to understand additional program insight in an attempt to obtain additional business lines and locations
  • Teaching the corporate culture through knowledge sharing
Background We Are Seeking
  • Experience working with an MSP/VMS
  • Expertise recruiting for technical and engineering roles
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, we utilize JobDiva
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
Requirements For Consideration
  • 3 - 5+ Years Recruitment experience
  • Mentoring, coaching other recruiters
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
