Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to join our team! You will perform activities supporting recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. This is a temporary contract assignment lasting between 6-12 mos and will be assigned to a medical device manufacturer located in Greenwood, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and recruit potential employees
• Coordinate on-site interviews
• Accurately maintain applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with all hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
