Job Description:

A premier global finance firm is seeking a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team! This role will support recruitment efforts and help attract top talent in the finance industry.

Position Overview: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, assisting with sourcing, scheduling and onboarding candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in managing the recruitment workflow and enhancing our employer brand.

Salary: $70 - 75k + Bonus + Hybrid schedule!

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare interview materials and provide guidance to interviewers on best practices.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and facilitating orientation.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and compliance requirements are met.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide insights to the HR team.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Provide guidance on market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Employer Branding:

  • Support initiatives to enhance the firm's employer brand, including participation in career fairs and networking events.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and content for social media.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall recruitment strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software and Workday
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in ultra-fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on candidate engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
