Job Summary:
Long Ridge Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This role combines administrative support with an opportunity to gain exposure into the recruitment process. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing communications
· Revise and edit candidates' resumes, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting
· Manage and update internal databases, tracking progress throughout searches
· Create job descriptions and post externally, ensuring they accurately reflect positions.
· Provide administrative support in the form of scheduling interviews, editing relevant documents, and conducting reference calls
Qualifications:
· 1+ years of administrative experience
· Strong written, communication, and editing skills with experience in revising and improving written content
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
