Job Description:
Position Summary:The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition, Workforce Programs, and HR Operations teams by providing overall administrative support including, but not limited to:Interview and event scheduling and coordinationCandidate, vendor and hiring manager communicationInvoice and contract processingOn-Boarding support for new hires and hiring managersSupporting the creation and editing of PowerPoints and reportsPerforming other administrative tasks as assignedKey Responsibilities:Scheduling and Coordination:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and/or vendors.Accurately communicate interview details to candidates and ensure they have all necessary information.Manage interview calendars and resolve any scheduling conflicts.Registering for events and preparing any required materials.Submitting pre-employment screenings and preparing interview materials including video interview set up.Invoice Processing:Review and process HR-related invoices and expense reports.Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.Maintain records of all processed invoices.Providing support with timesheet tracking for vendors.Operations Administrative Tasks: -Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and communications.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.Additional administrative tasks, as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating multiple events/meetings.HR Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience preferred.Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.Strong organizational skills with accuracy.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.Knowledge or experience in Workday or other HRIS preferred.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented and able to provide support to multiple teams.
