Job DescriptionCollaborate with the HR Manager and IT hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Assist in creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews.Maintain communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.Onboarding and Orientation:Facilitate the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires.Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with employment laws.Provide information to new employees regarding company policies, benefits, and working conditions.Employee Records and Documentation:Maintain accurate records related to employee hiring, transfers, and terminations.Handle paperwork, including employment contracts, offer letters, and background checks.Assist with maintaining employee files and records.Benefits Administration:Collaborate with the benefits team to administer employee benefits.Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and enrollment processes.Payroll Assistance:Support payroll processing by verifying employee data and ensuring accuracy.Address payroll-related questions from employees.Compliance and Regulations:Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations related to HR practices.Ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements.General HR Support:Respond to internal and external HR inquiries promptly.Redirect calls or correspondence to the appropriate HR team members.Assist with workplace preparation sessions and employee engagement initiatives.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
