Powered by Care.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.We seek a detail-oriented, experience and highly motivated Recruiting coordinator to join our growing team. You will assist in finding , sourcing, attracting and hiring talent that satisfy our organization goals in this position.Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Organizes, schedules and attends company open house recruiting events, job fairs, community events, and ongoing professional development training
  • Presents appropriate talent for open positions which may include phone screening, interviewing, offer development and negotiation, closing/offer acceptance, coordinating with authorized staffing/recruiting vendors and applicable parties while noting details in the ATS and applicant flow logs
  • Coordinates pre-employment tests; verifies references, background checks, drug tests, I-9, other checks, and conducts orientation as part of the employee onboarding process
  • Maintain lines of communications with new hires, seeks continuous feedback and offers meaningful resolution
  • Assists in administration of employee record systems to include compensation, performance management, Department of Transportation (DOT) substance abuse testing, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) regulation, issued equipment and assets, and other employee records

Experience and Education:
  • Two (2+) years of full cycle recruiting experience is required, preferably in a complex high-volume environment
  • One (1+) year of proficiency in the use of job boards and social media in sourcing talent and promoting employer brand
  • Demonstrated success with ATS platform implementation or ongoing administration
  • Two (2+) years of strong customer service and critical thinking skills and demonstrate strong consulting/influencing skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year to year basis
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment.
  • Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
