DescriptionPosition Overview:The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the talent acquisition team with administrative and logistical tasks related to recruiting, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys managing multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' availability. Organize video, phone, and in-person interview logistics.Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.Job Posting & Advertising: Assist with creating job postings and ensuring they are listed on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms.Offer Letter Process: Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates. Coordinate with the HR team to manage the pre-employment process, including background checks, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and assist in tracking key metrics.Recruitment Events Support: Assist in the organization and promotion of recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, and open houses.General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including preparing candidate itineraries, managing calendars, and tracking job requisitionsQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related administrative role.Skills:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and previous ATS systems a plus.Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is a plus.Willingness to travelGeneral Shale offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including: health and life insurance, 401(K) with company match, vacations, holidays, volunteer time off, and more.
